The classicvs.   [:47, mostly.] I want to say that in no way do I find cancer or death actually humorous. The Royal Tenenbaums clip is very powerful and moving. HOWEVER. The second clip is from Degrassi: The Next Generation. Let’s be real. I’ve been watching this show for AGES and Spinner [dude shaving his head] has never ever been a good actor ever ever. The combination of pure drama and angst dripping from his eyes along with the intense Linkin Park track made it too much to handle. Also, Degrassi in general is just ridiculous. They tackle so many issues in a thirty minute time slot that it loses its impact. I don’t know what high school you went to, but my group of friends weren’t constantly getting shot at and pregnant – blame my suburban Maryland upbringing. It sure wasn’t the tough streets of wherever, Canada.
